Entrecard is an awesome tool that can get you advertising on well known blogs for free. If you haven’t signed up for Entrecard yet, I recommend that you go visit their site right now. Think of Entrecard as the best internet business card you can get. By “dropping” your virtual business card at other people’s sites, they receive notice and may come visit your site. Also, you get credits by dropping your card. With those credits you can buy ads on other sites, and from there it just snowballs.

What all is Entrecard good for?

Getting visitors to your site.
Entrecard’s service actually rewards those who visit your site by giving them credit for “dropping” their card at your site. The hardest part about starting up a website is getting the visitors; by using Entrecard you can get past that barrier that seems to hold you back. Also, you can use your points to buy ads on well known sites (Including John Chow’s blog!) which is sure to get you tons of exposure!

Finding new sites to network with.
There are tons of sites using Entrecard, many of which are trying to make money online. The best type of sites to network with are those who are on the same topic and have the same goals as you. Making money.
Soon, Entrecard will be launching a service where you can sell the credits that you’ve earned. The value of the credits may fluctuate, since it will be on a supply and demand basis. However, if you put enough time into it to produce a website that is attractive to advertisers as well as visitors, you might find yourself earning some money as well as free advertising.
